Keep your kids healthy with these tips:

  • Ensure your child has a healthy diet that includes nutritious foods high in iron and calcium for both meals and snacks. Good examples are dairy products, beans, meats, fruits, and vegetables.
  • Wash kids’ hands regularly, before eating and after playing.
  • Advise children to stay away from peeling paint.
  • Ask kids to remove their shoes when they come into the house, leaving them by the door.
