EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:  We now require clients to complete homebuyer education before enrolling in 1-on-1 counseling. This policy applies to both new and returning clients. Homebuyer education will provide you with foundational knowledge necessary to understand the commitment -- financial and personal -- of purchasing a home.

If you decide that you're ready to pursue homeownership after completing homebuyer education, you may enroll in 1-on-1 counseling. Our counselors will help you develop a personalized action plan and hold you accountable to it, so that you can achieve your housing goals.

Pre-purchase counseling is for homebuyers who want to review their personal goals, finances, and options with a HUD-certified housing counselor.

During a one-on-one pre-purchase session you’ll explore what your price range is, assistance programs that could make your home purchase more affordable, and how to improve your finances before applying for a loan.

If you’re serious about buying a home, we can assist you in preparing for your short-term and long-term goals. Contact us today! If you've already completed a homebuyer class, you can jump right in and start our online intake application today. Our 1-on-1 counseling is always free.

Video and telephone counseling available for clients at a distance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments that are more than 15 minutes late.

Interpretation services provided for non-English-speaking and hearing-impaired clients.
