Donation Refund Policy
We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation
Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
Indirect Cost Policy
To our grantors and partners, please be advised that Reinvestment Partners caps indirect costs at 10% of the total project budget for any given project.
Terms and Conditions for SMS Communication
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SMS communication services ("SMS Service") provided by Reinvestment Partners ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms – Messaging and Communication
By providing your phone number or opting in to receive SMS communications, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not opt in or use our SMS Service.
2.Opt-In Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By Opting in or subscribing to our SMS Service, you consent to receive SMS communications from us.
3. Opting Out
You may opt out or unsubscribe from receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing or promotional messages from us, though we may still send you transactional messages regarding your account or services.
4. Fees: Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for each text message sent or received in connection with the SMS Service. These rates are determined by your mobile phone service provider. You are responsible for all charges associated with SMS communications.
5. User Responsibility
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or incorrect information when enrolling for the SMS Service.
- Engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the SMS Service.
- Use the SMS Service for any illegal or unlawful purposes.
- Share or distribute any of the content sent to you through the SMS Service without proper authorization.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect and store your phone number and any other data you provide when you opt in to the SMS Service. We may also collect information related to your interactions with our SMS messages (e.g., opened messages, response times).
We respect your privacy and will use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected, used, and protected. SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared
7. No Warranty
We make no warranties or representations regarding the SMS Service, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service. We are not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions that may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the SMS Service, including any damages caused by the failure to receive messages, delay in delivery, or errors in message content.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
