THE OPPORTUNITY
----------------------------------------------------------

The Program Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of Reinvestment Partners’ food and health programs, including Eat Well programming, on a day-to-day basis. The Program Manager will work directly with partners across program areas to ensure that the program(s) function properly, are effective, and remain compliant with relevant regulations. The Program Manager will be responsible for all components of the assigned programs and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary. Program management work includes reporting and data management, program implementation, and working with external partners to advance our goals.

The Program Manager is a full-time position located in Durham, North Carolina.  Salary range is $65,000-$75,000 annually and benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
----------------------------------------------------------

  • Responsible for managing and organizing program data.
  • Work directly with the participating clinics and clients to set up new enrollment accounts, provide support to enrollers, and handle backend administrative management to troubleshoot any issues.
  • Incorporate feedback from program partners and enrollers for impactful program improvement.
  • Report program outcomes to funders and granting agencies, as relevant to assigned programs.
  • Oversee monitoring, reporting, and implementation requirements for assigned programs.
  • Assist in performing outreach to potential new partner agencies and program implementation partners.
  • Prepare and share presentations on assigned programs.
  • Create enrollment support materials.
  • Interact directly with enrollment staff to answer questions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain policies and procedures required for program compliance.
  • Complete reporting tasks for various programs.
  • Ensure invoicing is property completed each month for all programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work independently.
  • Experience with problem-solving and critical thinking. 
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and willingness to learn new software.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce highly preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS
----------------------------------------------------------

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in food and nutrition or other anti-poverty work.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with coworkers and customers.
