The 1,075 sq ft home, set on nearly a half-acre, needed extensive repairs. We replaced the home's essentials - roof, HVAC system, water heater, well pump, water filter, attic insulation - and made cosmetic updates with new kitchen cabinets and counter tops, flooring, doors, paint, and landscaping.
