But through our partnership with the National Community Stabilization Trust, we committed to resolve 20 distressed properties across the state of North Carolina. 499 Adam’s Apple Dr, Building #6, Unit 3 was one such property in the town of Banner Elk.
Reinvestment Partners spent 18 months resolving this blighted property. We procured all 4 units between 2016 and 2017, and by May 2017 the building was demolished. We then smoothed the land for future use.
