In March 2018, Reinvestment Partners purchased The Mews apartments in Durham, a small community of 16 units built in 1986.
In just 2 months, we had completed upgrades to 4 of those 16 units and were working with Alliance Behavioral Healthcare to provide affordable housing for their clients. Renovations to the remaining apartments, as well as the grounds, continue to date.
