The 384 sq ft home that occupied this lot was a zombie foreclosure, having been vacant and derelict for over 7 years. In partnership with National Community Stabilization Trust, we obtained this blighted property and demolished it in June 2017, removing it as a hazard in the community.
We retained ownership of the land until June 2019, when we finally sold it the wonderful family who endured the long process and maintained the lawn the whole time.
The final sales price was $2,500. We netted $1,922.98... a small amount in the bank, but a big victory for this neighborhood and family.
