Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
----------------------------------------------------------

Hotel to Home is a short-term, bridge housing model that serves people experiencing homeless who are medically fragile while they secure permanent housing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
---------------------------------------------------------- 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the housing program
  • Supervise and manage staff of care coordinators and resident advocates
  • Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure that bridge housing participants are receiving appropriate wrap-around services
  • Screen applicants through the intake process
  • Ensure that participants are following program requirements and conduct program exits as needed
  • Serve as a key point of contact for dispute resolution between landlord/property owners, clients, and agency providing ongoing supportive services
  • Implement and oversee reporting systems and tracking tools related to delivering data to investors and community partners
  • Connect and collaborate with other Continuum of Care efforts and initiatives
  • Secure and maintain contracts with all necessary vendors
  • Review invoices and manage payments to vendors and partners
  • Perform other duties as necessary
  • Operate from the following philosophies: person-centered approach, trauma-informed care, harm-reduction, patient empowerment, and motivational interviewing

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY
----------------------------------------------------------

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 5-7 years of experience serving the homeless population with grant oversight and program development experience preferred
  • Experience designing and implementing community-wide support systems for at risk populations preferred
  • Experience working in landlord/tenant relationships preferred
